===How to make it===&lt;br /&gt;
#Whisk together the milk, eggs and sweet chilli sauce.&lt;br /&gt;
#Stir through the prawns, sifted flour, spring onions and seasoning to combine.&lt;br /&gt;
#Heat some oil in a large non-stick frying pan and cook tablespoons of mixture over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side until golden.Set aside to cool.&lt;br /&gt;
#Combine the Philly*, avocado, coriander, lemon rind, juice and seasonings in a bowl.&lt;br /&gt;
#Top fritters with Philly* mixture, drizzle with extra sweet chilli sauce, top with snow pea sprouts and serve.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
