===Ingredients===
*1 whole chicken breast (about 1 lb.)
*Vegetable oil
*1/3 c. flour
*1/4 tsp. salt
*1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
*1/4 tsp. baking soda
*1/3 c. water
*Sauce for dipping or honey
===Directions===
#Remove bones and skin from chicken; cut chicken into 1 x 1/2-inch pieces. 
#Heat oil (2 to 3 inches deep) in deep fryer or Dutch oven (or use large saucepan - it require less oil) to 360 degrees. 
#Mix flour and salt. Mix vinegar and baking soda. 
#Stir vinegar mixture and water into flour mixture; beat until smooth.
#Dip chicken into batter, allowing excess batter to drip into bowl. 
#Fry in hot oil, 4 to 5 pieces at a time, until golden brown and done, about 4 minutes. 
#Drain on paper towels. 
#Serve with sweet-and-sour sauce, barbecue sauce, or honey.
