===Ingredients===

*Flour - 1 1/2 cups
*Butter - 250 grams softened 
*Eggs - 5
*Baking powder 1 tsp
*Salt 1/4 tsp
*Vanilla essence 1 tsp
*Milk - 50 ml
*Sugar - 1 cup

===Method===
#Mix dry ingredients. Set aside.
#Beat butter for a minute then add sugar beat till fluffy and pale.
#Add egg 1 @ a time beat well.
#Stir flour mixture in batches, fold in gently till well combine.
#Finally add milk little by little, mix in gently.
#Pour into grease baking pan,tap it well.
#Bake 180C for 30 to 45 minutes.
