*celery,fresh coriander chopped (optional)
*green leaves optional (pokchoy,spinach etc.)chopped
*1 tsp. grated/juice ginger
*carrots shredded
*spring onion chopped
*water chestnut chopped
*onion chopped
*garlic chopped
*oyster sauce 1 or 2 tbs.
*soy sauce 1 tbs
*pork cube/seasoning
*oil for deep frying
*dumpling wrapper
*sesame oil
*1 tbsp. cornflour
*vodka 1 tbs. & shot glasses for cook (optional)

#Mix all the ingredients together(except wrapper) then put a in dumpling wrapper.
