*2 cup flour                
*4 tsp baking powder        
*½ tsp salt        
*1 egg
*1 ¼ cup milk            
*1 cup grated cheese         
*¼ cup oil
==Procedure==
#Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl,only lightly mixing to combine.
#Don’t overwork the mix or the muffins will be tough & heavy.
#Spoon the runny pourable mixture into deep muffin tins.
#Sprinkle a few grated cheese over.
#Bake at 200 c for 15-20 min until golden brown.
