Ingredients
- prawn (chopped)
- Pork minced (mixed with beef minced optional)
- 1 egg (optional)
- celery,fresh coriander chopped (optional)
- green leaves optional (pokchoy,spinach etc.)chopped
- 1 tsp. grated/juice ginger
- carrots shredded
- spring onion chopped
- water chestnut chopped
- onion chopped
- garlic chopped
- oyster sauce 1 or 2 tbs.
- soy sauce 1 tbs
- pork cube/seasoning
- oil for deep frying
- dumpling wrapper
- sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. cornflour
- vodka 1 tbs. & shot glasses for cook (optional)
- Mix all the ingredients together(except wrapper) then put a in dumpling wrapper.
- Then fried or steam or both.Enjoy!
