Base
- 1 pkt malt biscuits
- 1/2 pkt gingernut biscuits
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 75g melted butter
Crush all biscuits in blender.Add lemon juice and melted butter.Press into tin and chill.
Filling:
- 2 tsp gelatine
- 2 tbsp warm water
- 250g cream cheese
- 250g sour cream
- 1/2 sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Direction
- Combine gelatine & warm water.
- Beat cream cheese till smooth.
- Add sour cream beat till smooth, then add sugar, lemon juice, vanilla essence.
- Beat till smooth then place the filling into chilled base and refrigerate.
- Decorate with whipped cream and fresh fruits you like.Add extra whipped cream and serve.
