Ingredients

  • 100g wheat flour
  • 4 eggs separated yolk & white
  • 400g cream cheese
  • 200g yogurt
  • 40g butter
  • 100g caster sugar + 120g for meringue

Directions

  1. Mix 4 egg yolk,cream cheese,yogurt,butter and 100g of sugar.
  2. Add wheat flour into step 1 and mix together.
  3. Make meringue by pouring 4 egg whites into a bowl and adding sugar in 3 intervals of 40g each while stirring.
  4. Add step 3 into step 2 in small increments.
  5. Spread butter in the rice cooker, pour step 4 evenly into the cooker.
  6. Steam in the cooker for approximately 50 minutes.
