  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce or other hot sauce (like the Sriracha I used)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt to taste

Directions

To Make Buffalo sauce

  1. Get a sauce pan,put all the ingredients.
  2. Turn on stove top oven and let it simmer. Put aside for later.
  3. Fried or baked chicken nibbles and coat with the sauce.
  4. Serve with rice or salad.
