INGREDIENTS:
For marinade
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Dried rosemary
- 3 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 3 eggs
- 1200g boneless chicken thighs
flour mixture:
- 1 1/2 flour
- 1 c Cornstarch
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- pinch Black pepper
- 2 tsp Salt
- oil for deep frying
directions
- fry at medium heat.
- Let marinated chicken sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before frying
- Tenderise the chicken before dip in flour mixture.
- Double coat the chicken.
- Do not fry more than 3 - 4 pieces at a time .
- cook for 12-15 minutes until nicely brown .
