Preparation method

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
  2. Grease and line a Swiss roll or lamington tin.
  3. Whisk egg whites until stiff, gradually whisk in sugar, beat well. Fold in cornflour, vinegar and vanilla mixture.
  4. Spread mixture in Swiss roll tin which has been greased with butter and lined with grease proof paper.
