Ingredients:
- 130 g dark chocolate/ cooking dark chocolate(half/half)
- 125 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 or 1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
note
- Cook in cupcake baking dish
Direction:
- Preheat oven to 232 C.
- Melt the Butter and chocolate.
- Mix eggs one at a time, then add sugar and cocoa powder.
- Then add flour and vanilla.
- Grease muffin tins then sprinkle with cocoa powder
- Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle icing sugar then serve.
