Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup caster sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted, for brushing
- 1 quantity of Plain Doughnut batter
Directions
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside
- Melt butter in a small saucepan or microwave oven and set aside
- Cook Plain Doughnuts recipe and after removing each batch of doughnuts brush immediately with melted butter and roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture
