Ingredients
- 2 cup flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 ¼ cup milk
- 1 cup grated cheese
- ¼ cup oil
Procedure
- Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl,only lightly mixing to combine.
- Don’t overwork the mix or the muffins will be tough & heavy.
- Spoon the runny pourable mixture into deep muffin tins.
- Sprinkle a few grated cheese over.
- Bake at 200 c for 15-20 min until golden brown.
