Ingredient
- 1 tsp. mustard powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp.chilli powder
- 1 tbs. firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 300g (10 oz)can condensed tomato soup
- 2tbs. vinegar
- 2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbs. soy sauce
Procedure
Mix all the marinade ingredients together and pour over ribs,chops or chicken to cover.Leave in a cool place to marinate for at least 1-2 hours.
