To force your system to accept downgrading genisoimage, you should:

1. Download genisoimage deb package for gutsy here onto your harddisk
2. Use dpkg using the command line in a terminal

Go into the directory where you have downloaded the deb file and type sudo dpkg --force-downgrade -i genisoimage_1.1.6-1ubuntu3_i386.deb The system will ask for your password, and that's all !

Then "Lock this version" or it will want to upgrade.
