Mina's Samosa

Ingredients
- 2 pcs. large potato cubes & cooked
- chopped 1 large white onion
- vegies mix (peas,carrots & corn)
- 1 tsp. garum masala
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or less
- 1/2 tsp. ground chilli or less
- 1 tsp. chicken powder
- 1 tsp. garlic salt powder
- 1 tbsp. oil
- spring rolls wrapper
Direction:
- Sauted / caramelized onion in medium heat.
- Then add spices one at a time keep mixing.
- Last add cooked potato slightly mashed.
- Let it cool & wrap it.
