TOAD-IN-THE-HOLE recipe

Ingredients

• 8-10 pre-cooked sausages
• 1 cup flour
• 450 ml. milk
• 1tbsp grainy mustard
• 2 eggs salt & pepper

Procedure

1. Preheat oven 200 c
2. Spray a muffin tray w/ non stick spray

cut up sausages into little bite sized pieces.

1. Spread among the muffin holes & bake for 10 min until brown.
2. Mix all other ingredientsin a food processor or blender.
3. Pour evenly over cooked sausages.
4. Return to oven for 15-20 min until puffed & golden
