- 1 egg
- celery,fresh coriander chopped (optional)
- carrots shredded
- spring onion chopped
- water chestnut chopped
- onion chopped
- garlic chopped
- oyster sauce 1 or 2 tbs.
- soy sauce 1 tbs
- pork cube/seasoning
- oil for deep frying
- spring rolls wrapper
- vodka 1 tbs. & shot glasses for the chef (optional)
