Mina'z "Lava Cake"

Ingredients:

• 130 g dark chocolate/ cooking dark chocolate(half/half)
• 125 g butter
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 1 or 1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 cup flour

note

• Cook in cupcake baking dish

Direction:

1. Preheat oven to 232 C.
2. Melt the Butter and chocolate.
3. Mix eggs one at a time, then add sugar and cocoa powder.
4. Then add flour and vanilla.
5. Grease muffin tins then sprinkle with cocoa powder
6. Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
7. Sprinkle icing sugar then serve.
