Ingredients

  • 1/3 c soy sauce
  • 1/3 c brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp chili-garlic sauce(sciracha)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp curry powder
  • Mix all ingredients then, marinate chicken for 3 hrs or overnight.
