Yummy Crunchy boneless Chicken breast

INGREDIENTS:

For marinade

  • 1 1/2 c milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Dried rosemary
  • 3 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 3 eggs
  • 1200g boneless chicken thighs

flour mixture:

  • 1 1/2 flour
  • 1 c Cornstarch
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • pinch Black pepper
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • oil for deep frying

directions

  1. Fry at medium heat.
  2. Let marinated chicken sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before frying
  3. Tenderise the chicken before dip in flour mixture.
  4. Double coat the chicken.
  5. Do not fry more than 3 - 4 pieces at a time .
  6. cook for 12-15 minutes until nicely brown .
