BAKED SALMON IN SOUR CREAM recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lb salmon fillets
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp flour and lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp dill weed
  • Paprika
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup wine

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan and add fillets.
  2. Blend remaining ingredients and spread over fish.
  3. Bake, uncovered, approximately 15 minutes. Test fish for doneness with a fork. Serves 4
