BAKED SALMON IN SOUR CREAM recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lb salmon fillets
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp flour and lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp dill weed
- Paprika
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup wine
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400. Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan and add fillets.
- Blend remaining ingredients and spread over fish.
- Bake, uncovered, approximately 15 minutes. Test fish for doneness with a fork. Serves 4
