CHOCOLATE FUDGE PUDDING recipe

Pudding:
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
Topping:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 tbsp cocoa
- 1 ¾ boiling water
Method
- mix all pudding ingredients together into a stiff batter.
- Spread into a well greas pud dish approx. 20 x20 cm.
- Mix cocoa & brown sugar together & sprinkle over the batter pour water all over the top,bake at 180 c 40-45 min.
- This pud will have a chocky sponge top &gooey sauce beneath.
