Mina's Samosa

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs. large potato cubes & cooked
  • chopped 1 large white onion
  • frozen vegies mix (peas,carrots & corn)
  • 1 tsp. garum masala
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or less
  • 1/2 tsp. ground chilli or less
  • 1 tsp. chicken powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt powder
  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • bunch chopped fresh coriander
  • spring rolls wrapper

Direction:

  1. Heat 3 tbsp. oil,add all spice one at a time.
  2. Stir fry for 1 minute, add onions and saute till light brown.
  3. Last add cooked potato mashed slightly stir fry for 2 minutes.Mix fresh chopped coriander
  4. Let it cool & place a tbsp. in spring rolls wrapper and fold into triangle shape.
  5. Then fry samosa in medium heat till light brown or deep fry.Enjoy :-D
