New York Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 120g biscuits
- 60g melted butter
- 400g creamcheese
- 120g granulated sugar
- 200g sour cream
- 150ml heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 2tbsp corn starch
- 1.5tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 lemon juice
- 200g raspberres
- 40g granulated sugar
- 1tbsp water
Direction
- Preheat oven 180C
- Crumb the biscuit then pour and mix in butter,put in round cake dish. Put aside
- Mix the softened cream cheese,sugar and sour cream
- then add cream,vanilla essence and eggs,add the cornstarch then lastly add lemon juice.
- Pour in baking dish then bake for 30 minutes, then reduce the oven 150C and bake it for another 30 minutes.
- Turn off the oven, leave cheesecake in oven for 1 hour
- Let it cool down, refrigerate for 6 hours
- In another bowl put the rapsberry, sugar and water, cover with gladwrap microwave for 4 minutes.
- then mash & pour on cheesecake when serving.
