New York Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 120g biscuits
  • 60g melted butter
  • 400g creamcheese
  • 120g granulated sugar
  • 200g sour cream
  • 150ml heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 2tbsp corn starch
  • 1.5tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 lemon juice
  • 200g raspberres
  • 40g granulated sugar
  • 1tbsp water

Direction

  1. Preheat oven 180C
  2. Crumble the biscuit then pour and mix in butter,put in round cake dish. Put aside
  3. Mix the softened cream cheese,sugar and sour cream
  4. Add cream,vanilla essence and eggs,add the cornstarch then lastly add lemon juice.
  5. Pour in baking dish then bake for 30 minutes, then reduce the oven 150C and bake it for another 30 minutes.
  6. Turn off the oven, leave cheesecake in oven for 1 hour
  7. Let it cool down, refrigerate for 6 hours
  8. In another bowl put the raspberry, sugar and water, cover with glad wrap microwave for 4 minutes.
  9. Mash & pour on cheesecake when serving.
