Inredients
- 300 ml cream
- 250 gm dark chocolate chopped or 250 gm choc. bits/chips
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tbsp espresso coffee or 1 tsp vanilla essence/ or 3 tbsp of your fav liqueur
Procedure
- Heat cream until just about to boil.
- Throw everything in a blender until rackets stops.
- Pour into small espresso coffee cups or glasses,chill overnight or at least 3 hrs
