Inredients

  • 300 ml cream
  • 250 gm dark chocolate chopped or 250 gm choc. bits/chips
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 tbsp espresso coffee or 1 tsp vanilla essence/ or 3 tbsp of your fav liqueur

Procedure

  1. Heat cream until just about to boil.
  2. Throw everything in a blender until rackets stops.
  3. Pour into small espresso coffee cups or glasses,chill overnight or at least 3 hrs
