Hawaiian Style chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients
- 3 pounds (about 1.3 kg) skinless chicken thigh
- 1c soy sauce
- 1c water
- 1c sugar
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 3 thin slice of ginger
Directions
- In a large bowl,mix all the ingredients except the chicken.
- Add the chicken and marinade for up to 3 days or at least 24 hrs., if you can't wait,boil the chicken in the sauce right after you make it.
- Grill the chicken on hot heat and then stick it on the pot on the grill.
- Add a little fresh teriyaki sauce to the pot and it will steam the grilled chicken so that the chicken is tender and juicy.
