Teriyaki Baked Wings

Ingredients

  • chicken nibbles
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Teriyaki Sauce

  • ½ cup (120 mL) soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed

Sticky soy chicken nibbles

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken nibbles
  • 1/4 cup low salt soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce

Lemon Pepper Baked Wings

Ingredients

Lemon Pepper Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • salt, to taste

Cajun BBQ

Ingredients

Cajun BBQ Sauce

  • ¾ cup (215 g) BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp cajun seasoning, or spice mix

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 250˚F (130˚C).
  2. Place nibbles/wings in a large bowl and pat dry.
  3. Add the baking powder and salt to the wings. Stir to coat.
  4. Spray a baking rack with nonstick cooking spray and place on top of a foiled sheet pan.
  5. Distribute wings evenly on top, making sure none of them touch and they are all face-up.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes, then increase the temperature to 425˚F (220˚C) and bake for an additional 45 minutes, or until wings are crisp and golden. (Do not remove the wings from the oven when increasing temperature.)

For sauces

  1. combine each sauces in a hot pan.
  2. Bring to a boil and add wings.
  3. Stir to coat the chicken wings/nibbles.
